Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following countries:

European Union (EU)

We deliver to all 27 member states of the European Union:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Switzerland

We also deliver to Switzerland. Please note the special information regarding customs and import duties below.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Currently, delivery to the United Kingdom (UK) is unfortunately not possible.

Delivery Times

The delivery time begins:

  • For payment by credit card, PayPal, or other immediate payment methods: the day after the order is placed
  • For payment by bank transfer in advance: the day after receipt of payment in our account

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Cyprus.

Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g., high order volumes, public holidays, or unforeseen events), longer delivery times may occur. We will inform you by email in such cases.


Shipping Carriers

We work with the following reputable shipping carriers:

  • UPS
  • DPD
  • DHL Express

The selection of the shipping carrier is made by us and depends on availability, delivery address, and package size. Selection by the customer is unfortunately not possible.


Shipment Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the current status of your delivery on the respective shipping carrier's website.


Delivery to Switzerland – Important Information

Switzerland is not a member of the European Union. For deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs may therefore apply:

  • Customs duties
  • Swiss value-added tax (VAT)
  • Customs clearance fees from the shipping carrier

These costs are to be borne by the buyer and are not covered by SUPERARK LTD.

The exact amount of duties depends on the value of the goods, the type of goods, and the applicable Swiss customs regulations. Information on current import regulations can be obtained from the Swiss Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (BAZG).

Shipments are sent as DDP (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning customs and import duties will be collected from the recipient upon delivery or collection of the package.


Delivery Address

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. Please ensure that the address is complete and correct:

  • Full name
  • Street and house number
  • Additional address details (if necessary, e.g., apartment, floor, c/o)
  • Postal code and city
  • Country

Important: Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delays or returns. Any additional costs incurred as a result will be borne by the buyer.


Partial Deliveries

If not all ordered items are available at the same time, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.


Delivery Obstacles

If delivery is not possible due to circumstances attributable to you (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect from the parcel station, repeated unavailability), you will bear the costs of re-delivery or return to us.


Damage Report Upon Delivery

Please check your delivery upon receipt for external transport damage. If the packaging is damaged:

  1. Have the damage confirmed by the delivery person (if possible).
  2. Document the damage with photos.
  3. Contact us immediately at info@superark.eu.

This facilitates any potential damage claims.
